As I'm rounding out my 3rd Year at SCAD, I've taken on multiple projects while managing School Work. These works represent my strongest that I've output this year thus far.

3-Hit Combo
For my Animation for Games course, we were tasked with making a 3-Hit Combo for a character that starts and ends in the idle pose. This is my final 3-Hit Combo.

Shoot Reload
Our latest assignment for Animation for Games was to take a character, and do a shoot/reload animation with personality. I decided to expand upon the weapon choices from my 3-Hit Combo for this shot.












"JADE is a series that I have been working on since High School about a group of young adults who find a greater place in the world. It's primarily focused on starting from a low point and reaching an unimaginable high point.

About Me
Hi, my name is Brandon Kolaczewski, and I am a 3D Character Animator, Character Modeler, and Character Rigger.  I’m from Libertyville, Illinois, and typically work in Autodesk Maya.  I’m very interested in game animation, as I’m a fan of doing quick, high energy shots; however, I am also fond of doing more cinematic styled animation.  A general process for my work is to spend a significant amount of time modeling to finalize a character design.  With that done, I then move onto rigging with the intent of making character animation for myself as straightforward as possible.  Finally, I test the rig in various animation tests.  This process developed while working on my dream project, JADE.
